B&B Enterprises warrants to the customer that the materials and workmanship in
our rebuilt transmission will be free of defect for a period of six months from the date
of delivery (workmanship is extended to one year for HPC units and track motors).
In the event our material or workmanship proves to be defective, as determined by
B&B standards, our mechanic will repair or replace the unit or the defective part
thereof.
All warranty work is to be performed at B&B Enterprises. B&B Enterprises
is not responsible for any freight charges, installation or removal costs, down time, or
damages incurred due to problems with or failure of the component.
