New customers and customers without an account:
Payment for the unit and the core charge must be made in advance. You can avoid the
core charge by sending us your core first. We'll tear it down -- most often within one

Custom rebuild: If you prefer a custom rebuild,
we'll tear down your unit, then we'll explain your rebuild options. There is
no charge to tear down and estimate your rebuild.
