General Directions:
We are located on State Hwy. 62 12 miles west of Oak Ridge and 37 miles west of Knoxville, Tn.

I-40 West Bound From Knoxville:
In west Knoxville, take the Oak Ridge exit (376A). You will be going towards Oak Ridge on
Pellissippi Parkway.

Follow the parkway through the Solway community. (Pellissippi will become Highway 62. which
will take you all the way to Coalfield.) Go through the Solway community, across a bridge, and
past a cemetery on the right.

Go straight through Oak Ridge. Stay on this four lane through all lights including the one that
says
intersection 61/62 shortly after you leave Oak Ridge. Continue through the traffic light in front
of
the Food City store. You will pass Downtown Oliver Springs exit. Do not take the exit, stay on the
four lane. Before long you will see a light at the intersection of 61/62. You will turn right at
this
light on highway 62 West towards Coalfield, Wartburg, Frozen Head State Park, etc.

It is approximately 4 miles to B & B from this light. You will pass a yellow flashing caution
light.
There will be a mini-mart , Snak-N-Pak, on the right. You will be turning left directly across
from
the market. Signs will point toward Coalfield School, Church, etc. After you turn left,
immediately (about 50 yards) turn left again between 2 houses onto a blacktop driveway.

Proceed across a speed bump straight ahead. B & B Shop is at the end of this road past the pond.
You will be able to see it as you cross the speed bump. (B & B is the large metal shop building).
The office is upstairs.


I-40 East Bound From Nashville:
Travel I-40 east from Nashville, take Harriman Exit 347.

Turn right off the exit ramp onto Highway 61/27.

Go thru town of Harriman

Approx. 4 miles out of Harriman, highway splits

Take right fork on Hwy 61

Stay on 61 approximately 17 miles to Oliver Springs.

Turn left at the traffic light in Oliver Springs.

Go four miles to the Coalfield community. When you see a flashing 45 mph light on the right of the
highway, you are close to your turn.

Turn left onto Fairview Road (directly across from the Snak-N-Pak convenience mart).
Take the first left onto a paved driveway. B&B's shop is at the end of this drive.


I-75 South Bound:
I-75 South to Clinton/Norris exit (#122). Take US 61 West. This is a four-lane highway that will
go all the way through Clinton and along the river. After leaving Clinton, look for the sign for
Hwy 61 to turn to the right at a service station and mini-mart. This is a two-lane road.
Approximately 5 miles there will be a traffic light. Turn right toward Oliver Springs. This is
again a four-lane highway. Go to the second traffic light and turn right onto 62 West toward
Coalfield.

Go four miles until you see a flashing caution light on the right side of the highway. You will
see
a mini-mart (Snak-N-Pak) on the right. Turn left directly across from the mini-mart. You will
take
an immediate left onto a driveway between two brick houses. The driveway will have a speed
breaker and turn to gravel. We are at the end of the driveway.


I-75 North Bound From Chattanooga:
Take I-75 north to the Lenoir City exit#81
Take a left onto the 4 lane hwy
Go about five miles and you will see the signs for I-40
Turn left onto West I-40 toward Nashville
Take I-40 west to Harriman, Exit # 347.
Turn right off exit ramp onto Hwy 61 East/27 North.
Go thru the town of Harriman.

About 3-4 miles after leaving Harriman, the four lane will split. You will need to take the right
fork which is Hwy 61. This will take you to Oliver Springs. Go to the traffic light and turn
left.
This is Hwy 62.

Go approx. 4 miles, you will see a flashing caution light on the right side of the road. Slow
down,
you will take a left directly across the highway from Snak-N-Pak Market. This is Fairview Road.
We are the very first left on Fairview Rd. It is a paved drive with large shrubs and a brick
mailbox stand. The paved drive has a speed breaker then becomes a gravel drive. You will see B
& B, the large buildings at the end of the gravel drive.


From McGhee Tyson Airport:
Take Alcoa Hwy towards Knoxville (east). Take the I-140 exit
towards Oak Ridge. Follow this until it ends. Do not exit when it
ends, it will turn into Pellissippi Parkway.

Pellissippi will turn into Highway 62 West and go through the
Solway community, across a bridge. Follow directions towards Oak
Ridge. Do not take Bethel Valley Road. Stay to left toward Oak
Ridge.

Go straight through Oak Ridge. Stay on this four lane through all
lights including the one that says intersection 61/62 shortly after
you leave Oak Ridge. Enter the town of Oliver Srpings. Go thru the
traffic light at FoodCity/RiteAid (on right), then you will go pass
the downtown Oliver Springs exit. Stay on the four lane. At the
next light at the intersection of 61/62, you will turn right at
this light on highway 62 West towards Coalfield, Wartburg, Frozen
Head State Park, etc.

It is approximately 4 miles to B & B from this light. You will
come to a yellow caution light on the right of the highway.
Immediately ahead there will be a mini-mart, Snak-N-Pak, on the
right. You will be turning left directly across from the mini-
mart. After you turn left, take an immediate left into the first
driveway between 2 houses onto a blacktop driveway.

Proceed over speed bump straight ahead. B & B Shop is at the end
of this road, past the pond. You will be able to see it as you
cross the speed bump. (B & B is the large metal shop building).

I-81 South:
Travel 81 South

Take 40 West from Knoxville

Take Oak Ridge Exit 376A. Go through the Solway community, across
a bridge, and past a cemetery on the right. There will be a sign
directing you to Oak Ridge.

Go straight through Oak Ridge. Stay on this four lane through all
lights including the one that says intersection 61/62 shortly after
you leave Oak Ridge. You will pass the downtown Oliver Springs
exit. Stay on the four lane. You will see a light at the
intersection of 61/62. You will turn right at this light on
highway 62 West towards Coalfield, Wartburg, Frozen Head State
Park, etc.
